Shane was extremely helpful in managing the repair of my daughter's car which had a tire blow-out just prior to Thanksgiving. Although I live in Kentucky, his communication and responsiveness were extremely helpful and alleviated a great deal of my worry. Service was performed in a timely manner during a busy holiday season, and pricing was extremely fair. Vehicle has performed very well in the time and mileage since service was completed. Edit: to those who left reviews about these guys being cold and rude, I understand. However, they came across to me as a couple of guys who had a job to do and did that job, no fluff. Nobody’s looking for a Michelin Restaurant experience, here. My car was fixed and that’s that!
I have used same day auto a number of times for service work and tires. They are always fast, honest and do great work. And Tucker does a great job of keeping you informed on what's going on.
I live in the neighborhood and use them for everything I need done on my 2012 Honda Civic. I have bought tires from them and they are quick and inexpensive. I asked them to rotate the tires and they didn’t even charge me anything. About a month later I had ordered a replacement side mirror and they replaced it for free also. I’m very happy with the service I have received from them and highly recommend them.
